How to get YouTube Channel or User IDs?

For different purposes you might need either YouTube channel ID or YouTube video ID. I have created a quick guide to help you with that.

How to get a YouTube channel ID?

You can see your channel's user and channel IDs in your advanced account settings on a computer or mobile browser.

You don't need to log in to YouTube Studio to get a YouTube channel ID.

1. Sign in to YouTube - just to the main website, not a Studio.
2. In the top right, click your profile picture -> Settings.
3. From the left menu, select Advanced settings.

4. You’ll see your channel’s user and channel IDs.

From here you can copy it.

How to get a YouTube User ID?
