What are the positive sides of using custom YouTube fonts in your videos?
Your title and description will stand out from others. It can lead to a higher CTR - number of impressions/number of clicks to your video.
Negative sides
But, there is a negative aspect - custom fonts are not crawlable by Google bots. So, basically, YouTube algorithm won't be able to understand which what is in your title or description.
Therefore, you can get much less views.
What to do?
A good solution would be to combine normal and custom fonts on YouTube.
Divide your title on two parts - one with important keyword and another with more emotional part. For a keyword part just use normal font, then in the end include custom font.
Similarly, in descriptions - links, important messages use via normal font, while other elements via a custom font.
